Downtown offers the amenities of a well-established neighborhood - florists, health clubs, a library, child care centers, schools, churches, travel agencies and parks - and the advantages of a thriving urban center - universities, arts and entertainment districts, restaurants, professional sports and shopping.

A comprehensive public safety program produces results: The total crime rate in Downtown has gone down 62% since 1990, and daytime crime has gone down 21% since 2004. Combined with a cost of living that compares favorably to other U.S. metro areas, Downtown is the premier choice for your corporate or residential address.
