Mosaic Towers
1900 Pacific


Davis and Dallas Power and Light Building Developers, Hamilton Properties, plan to redevelop 1900 Pacific into 500 residential units and 23,000 square feet of retail.

1200 Main Street

Once an office building, 1200 Main Street will be transformed into 275 condominium apartments that will be a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom units (approx. 50/50 split).

An eight level parking garage for 350 cars is being integrated into the building, that when complete will contain a total of 158,000 square feet. Approximately 11,500 square feet of ground level retail will be located in the new parking garage.

Republic Bank Building

Gables Residential's plans to renovate the 36-story Republic Bank Building, transforming it into 220 high end rental apartments. Built in 1954, the aluminum-clad high-rise has been sitting empty since 1995.

Florida-based Gables, one of the Dallas area's largest apartment landlords, plans to spend about $40 million in the conversion.

1608 Main

This prime available location next to Neiman Marcus is planned to become a 2-story retail destination with pass-through to Commerce Street.
