What is CityPark?
CityPark is an initiative to provide 3,000 - 5,000 additional low-cost, transient public parking spaces downtown. These spaces will be in both garages and surface parking lots, will be distributed throughout downtown for customer convenience, and will be marked with bright signage to make parking easy to find and identify.

How much will CityPark garages or lots cost?
CityPark garages and lots will cost:
6:00am – 5:00 pm: $1 per hour
After 5:00pm: $2 flat rate
Saturday & Sunday: $2 flat rate

What are the hours of CityPark?
CityPark garages and lots will remain open from 6:00am – 2:30am, 7 days a week.

What other features are available through CityPark?
CityPark will offer downtown retailers and restaurants the opportunity to take part in a universal validation system for their customers. If you are a restaurant or retailer interested in this feature, please contact the Downtown Partnership at 214-744-1270.

In addition, garages and lots equipped with CityPark equipment will be able to process credit cards.

When will CityPark launch?
City Park will launch in early 2005.
