Recently completed projects include the $70 million Nasher Sculpture Center, $35 million conversion of the Davis Building to residential/retail use and $12 million expansion of the Belo Mansion, home of the Dallas Bar Foundation.

Major projects under construction in 2004 include:

  • $60 million, 300-unit second phase of Camden Farmers Market residential development
  • $39 million expansion of the George L. Allen Sr. Courts Building
  • $37.8 million renovation of Old Red into the Museum of Dallas County History & Culture
  • $31.5 million conversion of the Dallas Power & Light complex into 158 apartments and retail space
  • $20 million restoration of the historic Cathedral Santuario de Guadalupe
  • $14 million conversion of the 1530 Main Building into the Eureka Hotel
  • $6.9 million El Centro College Student Center

Other projects now under construction include Fram Building Group's two residential/retail complexes which will add 308 apartments in the West End and a new $1 million park on Ross at Akard.

Announced projects include:

  • $270 million performing arts center
  • three "signature" bridges designed by Santiago Calatrava to span the Trinity River
  • $87 million Pacific Avenue Apartments near the DART Akard Station
  • $48 million expansion of First Baptist Church
  • $40 million expansion of the Booker T. Washington High School
  • $37.9 million Gables Republic Center Apartments
